I'm getting married at WDW in Sept & would like to do a lunch or dinner with my group of 20. I saw references to an International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception through Grand Gatherings. Is this or any other Grand Gatherings still avail

    Hi Rachel!

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! You'll absolutely love celebrating your special day at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Unfortunately the Grand Gathering Experiences you mentioned are no longer being offered. They were discontinued earlier this year. However, you may still make reservations for your party of 20 at any Disney dining location. Due to the popularity of Disney restaurants and the size of your party, I would strongly recommend calling Disney Dining as soon as possible. It is not always easy to sit a large party, so time is of the essence. Make your dining reservations by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

If you are planning a more exclusive type of reception, I suggest contacting Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings at (321) 939-4610. A Disney's Weddings Event Planner can help you with the details of your private lunch or dinner reception. Another option is to look into Disney Event Group Services. They may be reached at (321) 939-7129. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.

Enjoy a most magical wedding event at the Walt Disney World Resort!
