I'm getting close to the 30-day window when I can make my Fastpass+ reservations and I'm a little confused about how to link my family's tickets and make the selections. What is the process to do this?

Thanks for coming to the Moms Panel.

The process is fairly simple at using the My Disney Experience link that is prominent on the site. If you don't already have an account, make sure to sign up. Once you've got your account, scroll down to "My Reservations and Tickets" under the big PLAN AND MANAGE header and choose it to begin. If you are staying on property, your resort reservation should be under 'My Reservations.' If it isn't, you can type in your reservation number to link it, but it sounds like you are staying off-site if you are booking at 30 days out from your trip. So on to linking those tickets...

Scroll down to 'Tickets and Passes' and click on the blue button "Link Tickets." From there, you'll find step-by-step instructions to link your tickets to your account. They've got oodles of examples of different tickets--even ticket vouchers--and where to find the number you need to link your tickets. TIP: I would encourage you to do this as soon as possible and not to wait until the day you want to make your FastPass+ selections. I was a nervous wreck getting my entire family's tickets linked up knowing I needed to also make my FP+ selections quickly to get what we wanted.

Once your ticket numbers are entered, go back to the PLAN AND MANAGE header and choose 'FastPass+." Choose the 'New FastPass+" button and proceed to either pick one person or up to your entire family to make a FP+ selection. You'll be taken to a screen to choose your park and date you want to visit that park and then to the next screen to view your choice of attractions to pick your FP+. Once you choose your FP+ selections, you'll be given several itinerary options. Honestly, just pick the first one they give you to lock in your choices. From there, you can use the next screen to modify your time windows.

Wishing y'all a magical vacation and all your favorite choices for FP+!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
