Hey, Amanda!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Everyone wants to enjoy the theme park attractions in style and comfort and Disney is well prepared for most every Guest. You will have a blast next March!
Magical news! After speaking with a Cast Member and doing my own research to confirm, there are no posted size or weight limits on theme park attractions. There are recreational activities, such as the
Wild Africa Trek, that do have a weight limit. Most attractions have a safety bar or belt to keep you secure. Any attraction with an inversion such as
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith will have an over-the-shoulder locking harness.
As far as walking around, I would find the shortest route using the "Get Directions" feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. This will save your energy and keep your feet happy.
Websites, such as allears.com, provide many photos (allears.net/dlr/tp/seatpix.htm) and testimonials (www.allears.net/tp/ridsiz.htm) on attractions that will help Guests determine comfort and access.
Disney Dad Tip: Most attractions have a private area where Guests may sit in a "test seat." Please ask a Cast Member at the attraction entrance about advice regarding seating and comfort.
I hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions to help plan your wonderful
Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Amanda, enjoy making many
unforgettable Magical Memories!
