What great news that you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World! There is so much to see and do, I hope you can spend several days in the theme parks,
Disney Springs, and time to just soak up the sun at your resort.
Guests at Walt Disney World are all shapes and sizes, so all you need to do is be prepared for some super-duper fun! There is a friendly Cast Member at the entrance to each attraction, so feel free to chat with them if you have any concerns. They want to make sure each guest feels comfortable with seating, speed, height, or sound so they are ready to help. If at any time you feel you would prefer your own ride vehicle or row, simply let a Cast Member know when you are being seated and they will be happy to accommodate.
If you want to speak to someone ahead of time, use the
phone directory to call with any questions or use the CHAT feature to live chat with a Cast Member. Once in the theme parks, the Cast Members at Guest Relations are simply the best and you can chat with them.
