    I'm flying to Orlando and staying at Port Orleans-Riverside in Oct. I'm considering shipping my stroller to arrive a day or two before our arrival (rather than bring with me on the airplane).....Is this possible?

    Hello, Mike,

    You are welcome to ship packages to your resort prior to your arrival.  Bell Services will hold the package for you. We've done this several times without a problem. 

    To send a package, you'll want to use this label:

    Please hold for Guest (place your name here)
    Guest arriving on (place date here)

    If you'd like to ship it home, there are business centers throughout Walt Disney World where that can be done as well.  They are located at the following resorts:  Yacht Club, Grand Floridian, Coronado Springs, Boardwalk, and the Contemporary.
