I'm going to the Flower and Garden Festival but I don't really want to go on the weekend due to crowds. What is only available on the weekends during the festival, like outdoor kitchens and concerts?

    Hi Julia,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

I’m pretty excited for this year’s edition of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival because I’ll finally be able to see it after several years of living vicariously through my friends who were lucky enough to visit Walt Disney World Resort during the Spring!

From what I can see, there are some events that are only going to be taking place on the weekend, like the Garden Rocks Concert Series and Fun Fresh Weekends. If, like me, the Outdoor Kitchens are a Festival highlight for you too, don’t worry! They’ll be serving up tasty treats all week long, so you won’t miss them if you choose to visit the Festival on a week day.

For more information, please download a copy of the 2016 Garden Passport. There, you’ll find detailed menus for all of the Outdoor Kitchens, as well as a detailed schedule of Festival events and entertainment.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
