Hi there, Leslie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
Leslie, I recommend contacting Guest Services to see if you are eligible for
Disability Access Service (DAS) which is a program designed for Guests who have difficulty waiting in line for long periods of time. DAS enables you to request return times for attractions so you spend less time waiting in line. If you are eligible for
DAS, you may be able to request permission for your stroller – they will be able to advise you on that.
Between 2-30 days prior to your visit, you can
request a live chat through DAS Advance to start the registration process. Just be sure your toddler is present for the chat. If you are eligible for DAS, they will be able to work on the enrollment with you before you arrive, including the selection of two attractions per day of your visit in advance.
If you can’t complete the live chat prior to your arrival, no worries. You can visit Guest Services upon arrival, and they can assist you. At Disneyland Park just pop into City Hall once you arrive, or if you are visiting Disney California Adventure First, stop by Chamber of Commerce.
I hope this visit is a very special and magical one for your family, Leslie!
