I'm going with my family; we all made separate ticket reservations. The other 3 were able to make theirs for May 12 & 13, but when I clicked through, it canceled my selection & said it was full. Is there a way to make room for one more?

Hi there, Kayla! Welcome to planDisney! I see that we are just a few days out from your trip, so let's get right to your question.

As you have discovered, all Guests need both a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation to enter the parks. I'm making a pixie-dusted guess here that while you were in the process of making those reservations, they filled up for your dates. Reservations are subject to availability, but don't lose hope just yet! As quickly as they filled up, they can quickly become available again. Guests are always making, canceling, and rescheduling plans, so reservations can and often do open up! While this may not be the news you were hoping for, if you grab some faith, trust, and ... patience and continue to refresh the theme park reservation calendar, I'm hoping you will see some availability. If you see something pop up, definitely grab it. Put on your favorite Disney tunes and keep the theme park calendar open on your phone or desktop so you can refresh whenever you get a free minute!

I'm going to put some good luck and magic into the universe and hope you can secure those reservations! If you are able to meet your family, you can easily link everyone together in the Disneyland Mobile App. Simply navigate to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes" and then the "+" in the top right corner of the next screen. Here, you can scan ticket barcodes to link or enter the ticket numbers manually. Once completed ... POOF! You are linked!  If you have added Genie+ to your tickets, this will put you all on the same magic carpet. You will be able to make Lightning Lanes as a group, guaranteeing the same return time for everyone. My absolute favorite Genie+ perk? Unlimited digital downloads of ALL the Disney PhotoPass photos captured that day. So all those forever memories you are making are yours for keeps!

One of my favorite things to do if I'm visiting with friends and family is to pop into World of Disney® and pick out some very cute, Disney-inspired picture frames. Once I'm home, I print out some favorite Disney PhotoPass photos and give them as gifts for the next holiday or birthday. I like to think it's the gift of a moment of magic every time they look at it!

Kayla, I'll be thinking of you and thinking positive, happy thoughts that the calendar opens up! If you have any more questions, feel free to come back to see us here at planDisney!
