Hi Pamela,
I would be excited too!
Disney's BoardWalk Inn is one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. You can easily walk to both
Epcot and
Disney's Hollywood Studios or take a Water taxi if you prefer. You can also catch the Monorail to
Magic Kingdom Park from Epcot, giving you access to 3 Theme Parks without needing to use Disney Bus Transportation.
Disney's BoardWalk has great restaurants and fun street performers in the evening. My family and I have rented
Surrey Bikes and rode along the BoardWalk; it's one of our favorite things to do when we stay there.
I am a huge fan of
Club Level Concierge at the Deluxe Resorts. In my opinion, Club Level Concierge at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Deluxe Hotels is the way to go; especially if you have small children in your party. You will have access to advanced itinerary planning and assistance with reserving Dining, Childcare services, and more. It's a quick and easy way to get a bite to eat and be on your way for a day (or evening) of fun in the Parks. There will coffee and continental breakfast waiting in the lounge in the morning, drinks and snacks throughout the day, and delicious hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, cordials, and desserts in the evenings. You are in for some real "Royal" treatment!
Enjoy Your Magical Visit,
Susan
