Hi mom's! I'm so excited to be planning a trip to Disney world in Sept 2015! There will be 6 of us...2 adults 4 children. I'm interested in the junior suite at WL but can't find any pricing for it. Is it considered a standard club level? Thanks!

    Hi Lisa,

I'm sending you a virtual high five for being an advance planner! I'm right there with you because I like to have a Disney vacation on my calendar no matter how far out it is.

I've been in love with Disney's Wilderness Lodge since day one. I remember the feeling of awe that came over me the first time I set foot in the lobby. Even to this day, it takes my breath away as soon as I walk through the entryway.

In reading your question, I'm glad to see that you found out about the Junior Suites at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. One of those will be perfect for a group of 6 guests.

As far as pricing goes, those rooms typically run a few notches north of the Standard Club Level rooms. To get the most up-to-date pricing, my best advice would be to call the Walt Disney World central reservation line at: (407) 934-7639. You can also check the rates online and book your vacation packages by going to DisneyWorld.com. (Look for the rooms labeled "Deluxe Room - Club Level.)

Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

By being a guest in a Junior Suite, you'll get access to the Old Faithful Club Lounge on the 7th Floor (as well as a few other perks).

Now, back to our discussion about the lounge (because the food at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite topics!). There are 4 main food/refreshment services each day: (1) Continental Breakfast; (2) Mid-Day Snack; (3) Early-Evening Hors D'oeuvres; and (4) Late-Evening Cordials. Not only is the food great, but the seating area up there offers some spectacular views down to the lobby, or from a few tables, an amazing view out to the courtyard, pool, and Bay Lake.

So, great job with your plans so far! Please feel free to write back if I can help you with any other questions you may have and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
