Hi, I'm so excited my family will be going to WDW for our first time in 29 days! I was wondering if I will get my tickets in the mail or do I pick them up when we check into our resort? Also, I signed up for the photo pass. Where do I receive my photo card

    Hi Sara!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

You just need your Disney confirmation number.  Once you arrive at Walt Disney World, you will receive your Key to the World card.  The Key to the World card identifies you as a Walt Disney World Resort guest, acts as a room key, can be used for charging throughout Walt Disney World, and contains your theme park admissions!  Do not worry if you are going to arrive at your hotel earlier than you can get into your room; you can just check-in, drop your luggage off with Bell Services, and head to the parks!

With regards to PhotoPass, I'm assuming you signed up for a PhotoPass CD.  Again, you just need the code / confirmation number.  Don't worry if you don't have a PhotoPass card before going into the parks!  You can just get a PhotoPass card the first time a Disney photographer takes a picture of your party; in fact, you can use multiple PhotoPass cards during your trip.  When it comes times to select your pictures and order your CR, you can combine the various cards together!

By the way, you might consider upgrading to the new PhotoPass + service, especially if you are going to dine at a couple of Disney Character Dining Experiences!  Stop and ask at one of the camera centers in the parks!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
