Hi! I'm very early in planning 1st cruise on Magic in Feb. 2012. Do we need to pack beach towels for our beach days outside the ship? Can't find answer. Thanks!

    Hi, Renee!

Congratulations on your first cruise aboard the Disney Magic early next year -- she's a beautiful ship and the Caribbean is one of my favorite cruise destinations! For days in port, you will have the opportunity to borrow towels from Disney Cruise Line. In my experiences, a towel cart was located at the gangway as we exited the ship, and on another occasion, there was a red mesh bag with all the towels we needed hung in our stateroom the night before we docked.

I will say that our beach towels at home are much bigger than the ones provided for you. Yet, it was well worth saving all that room in our luggage not to have to bring them. I hope that helps you plan!

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
