I'm DVC member taking my brothers family&my mom in apr 2011-want it to be special for them.booked at AKKV on wait list for BLT. will we be missing out on great pool at AKKV if switch to BLT? Visit 1 day each at MK,E,HS-with car-Kids ages 5,5,7,10,12?

Hi Kristin! I am also a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member and my two homes away from home are Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We are in love with both, but there is something special about Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. We enjoy the Savanna view and detailed African theme. The educational opportunities (while being extremely fun) keep our children wanting to see and do more at the Resort. The numerous daily activities make choosing the Resort Day during our vacation very difficult, but even more fun.

The beauty of being a DVC member, is that you will be able to stay at the DVC resort of your choice at your next visit, that is right, you will be back! Your family will be impressed with either Resort, but I would keep your current reservation and try for Bay Lake Tower next visit. Have a Magical Vacation and Welcome Home!
