    Hi, I'm DVC & booked for Dec. I have 2 wait lists pending for same time hoping to get a different resort. Since my wait list is for up to 7 days out, should I do on-line check-in early or wait until 7-day mark? Don't want to lose the wait list spot. Th

    This a great question and I am so glad you are thinking so strategically about your reservations and waitlists!

    I had the same question myself not too long ago and a Cast Member with Member Services advised me to wait as long as possible to complete my on-line check-in.  If you do the on-line check-in earlier than the 7 day mark, it shouldn't impact your waitlist but it does complicate the process a bit if your reservation changes.  It's best to hold off until you know exactly where you will be staying.
