Hello there, Kayleigh, and welcome to planDisney! The countdown to your Walt Disney World vacation is officially ON, and you'll be stepping into the magic in no time. You're probably packing your bags as we speak, so let's jump straight into your question!
Kayleigh, you may already know that
wagons and stroller wagons are generally prohibited at Walt Disney World theme parks. The one exception to this rule is if you have a medical condition - in which case, you'll need to stop by
Guest Services once you're on-site, where a Disney Cast Member will designate your stroller wagon as a "Stroller as a Wheelchair." Keep in mind that this is done on a case-by-case basis, so I recommend reaching out to
Disability Services ahead of time to ensure that you qualify. You can email them directly at Disability.Services@disneyparks.com for more information.
Bonus Tip: Don't forget to look for Companion Restrooms once you're inside the parks! These single-stall, gender-neutral restrooms are roomy enough for two, making it much easier to care for your loved ones. You can even find Companion Restrooms on the park maps in your
My Disney Experience app. Just select the "Restrooms" tab at the top of the map, and then select the Restroom icon to see if a facility offers a Companion Restroom!
I hope this information is helpful, Kayleigh, and that your visit is full of magic and memories! If you have any other planning questions, you know
where to find me right here at planDisney!
See ya real soon,
Allison
