    I'm driving to WDW this fall and my family is flying in and they'll arrive later than I will. Our villa is booked under my mom's airline employee ID and credit card. If she checks in online, can I pick up our room keys without her being there?

    Hi Anna,

    If your mother checks in online in advance of her arrival and your name is on the reservation, you should have no trouble picking up the room keys to your Disney villa.  We had a similar situation this past March.  My parents were staying with us at Disney's Beach Club Villas and they arrived at the resort before we did.  Because I had completed online check-in and their names were on the reservation, the Cast Member at the registration desk was more than happy to give them access to the room. 

    Just make sure you have a photo ID when you arrive at the resort.  Have a magical vacation!
