Ahoy Genevieve –
Let me reassure you that
ALL DREAMERS are welcome here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In fact, I love every part of the cruise planning process: dreaming, planning, booking, planning some more and
ENJOYING (and then trust me, you will want to do it all over again). I am happy to assist you with your question about
Character Dining. When it comes to Character Dining on
Disney Cruise Line, sometimes it takes a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust. In order to have the opportunity to participate, you must be on a 7+ night cruise as you mentioned in your question. As of now, most of those 7 night cruises will have a Character Meal – usually a breakfast. When my family sailed on the Fantasy a couple of months ago we had a Disney Junior themed character breakfast with Sofia the First, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Doc McStuffins, and Mickey Mouse. Character meals are subject to availability so check your Personal Navigator once your board the ship. Genevieve thanks for sharing your dreams with us and we hope your dreams will come reality on a Disney cruise ship sometime soon.
