    I'm doing the 5k Neverland run at Disneyland. The starting point is the Magic Kingdom and I was wondering if the park will be open to walk to the starting area for both runners and guest of is there transportation from the Paradise Pier hotel. Thanks

    I hope you are getting excited to run off to Neverland! It's almost time. Unfortunately, spectators will not be allowed into Disneyland® Theme Park for the starting of the race. With 3,000 + runners lining Main Street USA to begin this 3.1 mile journey, there is just logistically not enough room for runners and spectators. However, your guests may head over to Disney's California Adventure Theme Park where the finish line is located to watch you finish your race and meet-up with you afterward. 

    There is no transportation available for guests of the Disneyland® Resort because everything is within walking distance! That is what makes Disneyland® my favorite Disney Park for races! You will simply leave Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel and walk through the Downtown Disney District to the Esplanade area. Here, you will turn left to enter Disneyland® and your guests will turn right to enter Disney's California Adventure. It's so easy to get around the Disneyland® Resort!
