I'm going to be at DLR at the end of September with a friend who just got her masters. Does DLR still have graduation celebrating buttons, or only the streamlined "Im celebrating" buttons? Im really hoping for a specific one for graduation.

Greetings, Anisha, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s great to see you back here!

What an exciting way to celebrate your friend’s big accomplishment, at the Happiest Place on Earth! I’m thrilled to report that yes, the Disneyland Resort still offers complimentary “Just Graduated!” buttons for recent graduates and their supporters. Simply head on over to City Hall in Disneyland Park, or Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park, and let a Cast Member know what you’re looking for.

You could even surprise your friend with this adorable Mickey Mouse Ear Hat Graduation Cap. Then, find a Disney PhotoPass Photographer to capture your magical moments together!

Here’s the Entertainment Schedule for your upcoming getaway to the Disneyland Resort. Be sure to check out the Main Street Electrical Parade, currently scheduled for 8:40 PM and 10:45 PM. If you’re able to, I’d recommend waiting for the second Parade, since it’s usually easier to find a good viewing spot. Monday, September 30, 2019, is the final day of this classic Disneyland Resort parade, and I’ll be sad to see it go! But, there’s so much excitement in store for the Resort, including a new parade, Magic Happens, set to debut in spring 2020.

Wishing you and your friend a magical, memorable celebration at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
