Welcome to planDisney, Kailee!
How exciting that you have an upcoming trip to The Happiest Place on Earth. There's no better place to hang out with friends. Having an odd number in your party can be tricky because it can sometimes mean someone has to sit by themselves on an attraction. However, you'll be pleased to know that most of the attractions in the Disneyland Resort won't require you to separate. I've put together a list of attractions for you that can fit three adults.
Disclaimer: This list is from my memory and so it's possible that I've missed one or two rides out.
Disneyland Park - Splash Mountain (you'll have to sit behind one another)
- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (two per row, same ride vehicle)
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Indiana Jones Adventure
- Matterhorn Bobsleds (you'll have to sit behind one another)
- "it's a small world"
- Peter Pan's Flight
- Jungle Cruise
- Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
- Storybook Land Canal Boats
- Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
- Millenium Falcon: Smuggler's Run
- Disneyland Railroad
Disney California Adventure Park
- Radiator Springs Racers (two per row, same ride vehicle)
- Grizzly River Run
- Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT
- Soarin' Around the World
- Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue! (two per row, same ride vehicle)
- WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure
Unfortunately, the doom buggies in
Haunted Mansion only fit two adults per vehicle. However, hopefully, you'll still be able to enjoy this classic attraction just as much. The person who sits alone won't truly be alone. There are 999 happy haunts who'll gladly keep them company.
Have a great trip, Kailee!
Mike
