Julana from WA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I’m going to Disneyland on 11/28/22 - 12/3/22. I’m within 60 days for reservations but both the Bibbidi Boppity boutique and the Droid Depot both aren’t showing reservations for December yet. I want to reserve both places for December 2nd.

    Hi Julana! Welcome to planDisney!

I can tell that you are a planner at heart, just like us! The general rule of Disneyland planning thumb is to book early and make changes later. I love to see that you are on top of the reservations for both Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Droid Depot! Calendars for appointments for both can open up as early as 60 days ahead, but there are times when the Fairy Godmother's Apprentices and the technicians at the Droid Depot need a little extra time for inventory. This seems to be the case currently as I see that the December calendar has yet to open up. What you're going to do is hold on time to some pixie-dusted patience and continue to check back daily. I wish I had some more concrete news to share, but the truth is the Fairy Godmother may wave her wand at any time opening up those calendars! I expect that they will open very soon - I know you are likely eager to get these plans on the books! The good news is that everyone is in the same pumpkin carriage, meaning that no Guests currently have access so no one is booking those appointments out from under you. I'm going to wish upon a star that these bookings are yours in no time!

In both cases, I love to inspire my Mouseketeers to do a little daydreaming ahead of time. Do they want to be the Belle of the Ball? A Mermaid under the Sea? Or are they sweet like Briar Rose? Do they know if they want their mechanical little buddy to roll like BB8 or stroll like R2D2? The possibilities are endless, so I like to get their little imaginations working in high gear before we head into the parks. This generally cuts down on some decision-making in the moment, saving some of those precious Disneyland minutes!

Once complete, take a look in the Disneyland Mobile App to find the nearest Disney PhotoPass photographer and capture these moments! Simply tap the pinpoint icon on the bottom navigation bar and choose Disney PhotoPass from the dropdown menu to pull up a map of where you can find the photographers. Head to the front of Sleeping Beauty Castle or maybe snap your young Padawans with their droids in front of the one and only Millenium Falcon. You'll walk away not only with the memory of the experience, but a snapshot in time of this incredible day! If you have added Genie+ to your tickets, don't forget that you will have unlimited access to all the digital downloads of any photos taken that day! So don't be shy - strike a pose!

Julana, I know you are in for some forever memory-making ahead! Be sure to take a few moments throughout the day to truly soak it all in and let the magic find you. If you have any more questions about your planning, we are always here for you at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
