I’m going to be at the Disneyland hotel and was wondering there policy for swim suits.

Hey there, Richelle! Welcome to planDisney, where we love to help Guests make a splash and float straight to the answers they need!

The pools at the Disneyland Hotel are practically perfect places to cool off and relax. With three fantastic pools, two Monorail themed waterslides, and the Steamboat Willie Splash Area, there is no shortage of sun-soaked fun waiting for you during your stay!

When it comes to swimwear at the pools, the best rule of thumb is family friendly and comfortable. All Guests do need to wear a bathing suit that provides coverage, but I have seen a wide variety of styles during my visits. One piece, two-piece, swim trunks, swim leggings, rash guards, and more are all commonly worn. If you are appropriately covered, you are good to dive right in and enjoy!

For the littlest swimmers, swim diapers are available upon request, and complimentary life vests are also provided for kids. It certainly sounds like a resort pool day is in your plans, Richelle! If you are looking to level up your lounge time, you may want to check out the Poolside Cabanas, Daybeds, and Pods. These shaded poolside hideaways come with a variety of extra amenities and are a perfect way to relax in style. Reservations can be made by calling (714) 635-2300 and selecting option 9, or by stopping by a Guest Services desk inside the hotel.

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney! I hope your visit to the Disneyland Hotel is filled with sunshine, relaxation, and plenty of swimmingly good memories. Please swing back if we can help with anything else as you plan your magical getaway!
