I’m going to Disneyland with my family in February. I want my kids to be able to go in and out of the park with other family members. Will they be able to get a physical ticket if I’m not with them to scan their e-ticket? Thank you!

Hiya, Shawna, and welcome to planDisney where we have your ticket to the magic! Your Disneyland Resort visit next month sounds like it's shaping up to be a family event that will be practically perfect. Let's look at some options for your kiddos to enter the theme parks without you.

Unfortunately, physical card tickets are no longer available. But Hakuna Matata! You can print out their eTickets by tapping the "Access Your eTickets" link in the original confirmation email you received when you purchased the tickets. Follow the prompts to print, and your children can use that printout as their theme park ticket when they're with other family members.

Another option is to buy a MagicBand+ for each child. Once you've linked the bands to their tickets, they should be able to tap in at the park entrances. These bands will not act as a room key if you're staying at a Disneyland Resort, but you can ask for a Key to the Magic Card at the front desk if your children need room keys.

If you still need suggestions, feel free to call the Tickets line. They might have additional ideas to link guests once they know how everyone's account is set up.

I hope I've given you some ideas for helping your family have the most magical time on your visit, Shawna. Stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
