3-Day Disneyland Ticket Offer is such a great promotion! Though as you note, there are some terms & conditions for these special offer tickets. First, the promotion runs through September 26, 2024, which doesn't sound like an issue for you since you're planning to visit in early September.
Second, the base tickets are able to be used Monday to Thursday, though there is an upgraded version where the tickets can be used Monday to Sunday (no blockout dates apply).
Other than that, you'll just need to make sure you have
theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit, which is the same for
standard theme park tickets as well. If your trip sounds like it would fit within those stipulations above then I would highly recommend taking advantage of this special offer!
