Hi Bruna!
Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Dining at
Cinderella's Royal Table is a magical experience!
Although there's a slight possibility of a same-day cancellation at Cinderella's Royal Table, reservations are
highly recommended. However, I do have some tips that might help you secure that hard-to-get reservation! First, in addition to checking online daily, I've found that when calling
Disney Dining Reservations, I have a bit more luck. The Cast Members have the ability to search multiple days at a time. Second, I have had the most success in finding a cancellation a few days before our trip. Cinderella's Royal Table applies a cancellation fee, so Guests tend to finalize their plans as their vacation approaches. You might have the best chance a few days before to your vacation.
As a backup, I suggest making a reservation at
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in
Epcot, where you can also dine with Disney Princesses. When you arrive at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, a Disney PhotoPass photographer will be on hand to take your family's picture with one of the Disney Princesses (usually Belle) before you are seated at your table. The Disney Princesses make their way around the restaurant, visiting each table along the way. After your dining experience, you and your sister might enjoy heading to
Royal Sommerhus where you can meet Anna & Elsa!
I hope this helps with your planning, Bruna. Have a magical day!
Erin
