I'm only going to be at Disney World one day but I still want to eat right. Can you please tell me some good places/things to eat? Can I take a lunch/snacks in with me? Oh - Magic Kindom for most of the day. Any assistance would be appreciated. THX!

    Hi Amy!
Thank you for your healthy question!

Yes, you can bring snacks into the Magic Kingdom with you. What I like to do is pack a few healthy snacks--apples, almonds/walnuts -something quick and easy to keep in your bag/purse and that wont require a lot of effort to eat(ex: if I was waiting in line.)

I enjoy sitting down to a nice meal for lunch/dinner and there are a number of healthy options at the Magic Kingdom.

I would try to make a reservation at the Crystal Palace for dinner--they offer a number of healthy options-buffet style so you can pick what you like- the bonus is that Winnie the Pooh and friends will visit you while you are eating!

You can get a nice wrap, grilled chicken sandwich or a salad  for lunch over at Cosmic Rays which is counter service so you can get back out to the rides quickly.

Whether you are looking for a served sit down meal, counter service, or a buffet option you will find it at the Magic Kingdom and they all offer some healthy options.

You know your taste better than anyone else!  If you have any other dining questions or if you want to make a reservation you can call 407 WDW DINE
