I'm going to disney world in October. I was looking on disney's site and another site and on the disney site there seems to be a lot less variety for food at quick service locations. Did disney cut out selections of food ?

Greetings, Lynn! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Lots of my friends will tell you that I’m totally driven by my stomach, and I’m always trying new restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort!

Over the last few years, I’ve noticed a subtle change in the menus of many restaurants, in that the Quick Service menus have become more themed or specialized to each location. For instance, my family hits up Casey’s Corner during every vacation for those amazing little corn dog nuggets, which you can’t find anywhere else. We also love Sunshine Seasons at Epcot, where more of a worldly flair influences the food choices. There may seem to be only 6-10 choices on a Quick Service Menu, but you’ll find those menus rarely contain the same influence or even the same items, save a few staples like chicken nuggets or a flatbread sampling. Be sure to pull up each menu on the Quick Service dining sites to see what’s newly offered or what guests are currently dining on.

I hope you have a tasty vacation, and please return to chat more about restaurant choices. I’d love to share more of my favorites like the Nacho plate at Pecos Bill's Tall Tale Inn and Cafe! ~ Lindsey P.
