Hi! I'm going to Disney World with my extended family, and the grandparents are buying everyone's tickets. Can we still have separate My Disney Experience accounts, or will only one person manage them? We want to manage our own FastPasses.

    Hi Alex,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I’ve had the chance to visit Walt Disney World Resort with my extended family before and it’s a truly magical experience. Grandparents seem to be made to spoil their grandbabies, and there’s a special kind of fun that comes when everyone is together on vacation.

I have some great news for you: your grandparents can absolutely purchase your Theme Park Tickets and associate them to a My Disney Experience account that you control. All they have to do is make sure that you appear in their “My Friends & Family” list on their My Disney Experience account.

If they purchase your Theme Park Tickets online (and I strongly recommend that they do this!), they’ll be able to link each ticket that they purchase to your account(s). Once they’ve been linked, you’ll be able to use these tickets to make and manage your own FastPass+ selections.

    Have a Magical Day,

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
