I'm going to Disney with my two boys 5 & 7 for the 1st time, but they don't speak English. I want to take them to a dinner show but I'm concerned about losing money because they won't understand. Is there a dinner show that is more acting than talking?

    Hi Gisnel,

That is a great question, and I have a fabulous choice for your family!  The dinner show that I would recommend for your boys would be Mickey's Backyard BBQ.  It is a buffet style BBQ with a country - western band, rope tricks and more!  Mickey and Friends even dance with the children!  This dinner show is very interactive, and your children will certainly not miss out on any of the fun because of a language barrier.

Another tip would be to drop by guest services as you enter into the Theme Parks.  For a deposit, you are able to use a translation device that works for many of the attractions throughout the four Theme Parks.  There is no cost to use these units, and your deposit will be refunded if the device is returned at the end of each day.  Many different languages are available.

Thanks for visiting the moms panel.  If you have any other questions, please write us back!  We would love to make your vacation at Walt Disney World Resort even more magical!
