Hello, I'm going to Disney in September and going to stay at the Caribbean Beach resort, my question is which building is closer to the main pool - pirate pool Thanks

Hi there, Monica!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is my favorite place to stay at Walt Disney World.  I love everything about this resort but the main pool takes the cake!  If you're wanting to stay in a building near it, I suggest requesting either Martinique or Trinidad North.  Both of those are going to be your best bet.  Anything else will be a bit more walking but it really isn't that bad.  It's funny, every time I stay there I've been in one of the furthest building away from Old Port Royale.  No matter which building you are in though you will have a beautiful walk to the main areas.  My family loves the white sandy beaches with the hammocks (my husband has been known to fall asleep in them on the way back to the room), the lush green vegetation and skipping across the bridge at Caribbean Cay looking for turtles.

I hope you are getting excited for your vacation.  If you have any other questions about staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, please feel free to come back and ask me.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
