Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Taylor. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
Taylor, you are going to love visiting
Walt Disney World in October. It's such a great month to be there. The weather is still beautiful and perfect for swimming and the Halloween festivities are in full swing.
I'm sorry to hear that someone in your party can no longer travel to Walt Disney World with you. Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable. You are not able to get a refund for those tickets or apply that portion of the vacation package to your existing balance. However, in some cases, you are able to save those tickets for use at a later date. Maybe you could find someone to take that particular person's place on your Walt Disney World vacation. You are able to transfer the unused tickets into someone else's name. You can always reach out to the Guest Relations team by calling 407-939-1289 to have a Cast Member explain the policy more in-depth if you would like. Hopefully, they will be able to just change the date of that particular ticket set and you can save them for your next Walt Disney World vacation.
Taylor, I don't know if you've heard but
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is officially back at Walt Disney World this year and you will be visiting at a perfect time to enjoy it. The party is a special ticket event at Magic Kingdom Park that offers festive parades, shows, trick or treating around the theme park and so much more. If you are a Halloween fan, this is for you!
I'm sorry I don't have better news for you, Taylor. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have a great week!
Jackie H.
