Hello! I`m going to disney on May. Could you help me on choosing the type of room in french quarter? I would like to know if the river view room is near the lobby, the main restaurant and the bus stop. Thank you very much, and sorry about my english!

    Hi, Carolina!

Port Orleans French Quarter is one of my favorite resorts. It is the smallest of the Moderate Resorts, so it has a very comfortable feel to it.

To be close to the lobby and bus stop, book a Standard Room. Request Building 4 and you will be just a few minute walk from just about everything at the resort.

By sticking with a Standard Room, you view will not be as nice as a River View, but you will be in a convenient location and you will save money on a less expensive room. It is a winning situation!

Have a great time at this beautiful resort, and make sure to stop by the bakery for some delicious beignets!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
