Thank you for stopping by with a question! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble selecting
MagicBands or MagicBand+ for all of your guests! Given the prior challenges I have experienced with guests not linked correctly, I do have a few suggestions. It looks like you are in the
My Disney Experience App. If you have not already tried these steps on the website, consider the following:
First, go to your
My Disney Experience account and make sure your resort hotel is linked. From the website, click on the My Disney Experience link in the top right of the page and then click on My Plans. If you do not see your resort reservation in My Plans, from there, click on the plus sign to Add More Plans and then go to Link Reservations and Purchases.
If you are able to eventually see your resort hotel but still cannot add MagicBands or MagicBand+ for all of your guests, check to make sure your guests are on the resort reservation. If they are on the resort reservation, check to make sure that the profile image looks the same as the image they have in your Family & Friends list.
A while back, I had to call to speak to a cast member to get technical support because we had a cruise booked with
Disney Cruise Line® and I could not order MagicBand+ for my family members in one of the cabins. Turns out that the profiles on the reservation were not matched to the profiles of those family members in My Disney Experience account. The cast member was able to see that, correct the problem, and I was able to order MagicBand+ for them! If you are unable to link your resort reservation and/or you do get it linked and still cannot see those guests,
contact the website support team.
