Disney Fantasy in March. It sounds like you have such a magical family adventure ahead, and what better way to build the excitement than with a special call from Mickey and Minnie?
So Teresa, let’s ring right into your question! You will be happy to know that
Character Calls are complimentary. These are pre-recorded phone calls from select Disney Characters wishing you well before your sailing. We actually surprised our daughters this way before their first Disney Cruise, and they were absolutely over the moon when the phone rang!
To schedule a Character Call, start by logging into the Disney Cruise Line website. Once you are signed in, head to
My Reservations under the Already Booked section. From there, scroll down through your reservation details until you find the Complimentary Character Call option near the bottom of the page.
You will then be able to choose from the available Character Call options, which may include Mickey Mouse, Goofy, or Mickey and Minnie together. Once you select your Characters, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and choose when you would like the call to arrive.
One little tip: there is a limit of two Character Calls per reservation, so be sure to pick the perfect moment when everyone will be nearby and ready for a little Disney magic!
