¡Saludos Leticia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so glad that you're here with your planning question, and I'd be happy to assist you.
It looks like you will be journeying to the Most Magical Place on Earth this May. I love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in the spring. The weather is fantastic, and the theme parks and resorts are blossoming. Be sure to spend some time strolling through the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival in World Showcase to see what's blooming!
I'm glad to hear you are using
My Disney Experience to streamline your planning experience. In order to
remove someone from your friends and family list, you typically want to follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your My Disney Experience Account
2. Click on My Family & Friends
3. Locate the person that you wish to remove on the list and press the “Update” button.
4. You will see a page with details about the person that you wish to remove. Press the “Remove” button.
5. A pop-up message will appear and ask you to confirm that you wish to remove the person. Press the “Remove” button.
If you get a message saying a person has active plans, it might mean he or she still has an active
MagicBand. Hakuna Matata! We can solve this problem. Here's what you need to do. While logged in to your My Disney Experience account, click on My MagicBands and Cards. Find your mother on this list and click on her. You should then see any active tickets or MagicBands linked to her. If you deactivate all of them, she will no longer have active plans and can be removed from your Family & Friends List using the steps above.
Leticia, I hope this makes sense and you are able to navigate through My Disney Experience to continue planning your magical adventures. If you have further problems, don't hesitate to call (011) 5354-8119, and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you.
I also see that you will be visiting us from the beautiful country of Argentina. Did you know that we have some
Disney Parks Moms Panelists that answer questions in Spanish? If you have any friends or family members planning a Walt Disney World vacation that would like some assistance en Español, tell them to come on by!
¡Buen viaje, Leticia!
