I’m 100% disabled veteran. What discounts am I eligible for?

    Hi there, Mouseketeer!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and thank you for your service. As an eligible U.S. military member, there are so many discounted offers available to you at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Let's dig into what ways you can save big for your upcoming vacation.

You're in luck because you'll find discounts on multi-day theme park tickets, 2026 "passes," and even Disney World Resort hotel rooms. In order to qualify for these deals, be sure to look at the requirements for being eligible. Members who are on active duty, reservists, retired, or have a 100% disability rating qualify. My spouse can take advantage of these deals, too, and we are very grateful for the options that are open to our family so that we can frequently tap into the magic.

The military discounts on tickets and hotel stays can be acquired by visiting your closest U.S. military base or by contacting Shades of Green Resort, an on-Disney-property AFRC. With proof of 100% service-related disability, you can get theme park tickets or year-round tickets (like the Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket) for you and up to 5 additional family members.
When you visit, you will activate your passes by showing your military identification before entering the theme parks.

Here's a bit more information about the Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket: Although we are halfway through 2026, in my opinion, it's still worth it to take advantage of this "pass" that expires on December 18. It has minimal blockout dates between November 22- 28, 2026 and you can visit the theme parks (and park hop within one day) all year long!

AN EXTRA GEM: In addition to checking out those discounted hotel rates, look into the Memory Maker add-on deal for eligible military members. Memory Maker is a perfect way to capture fun on-ride moments, take photos in front of Disney Parks icons like Cinderella Castle, and remember other unforgettable moments from your vacation. Then, you can download them all using the My Disney Experience app.

I hope this answer helps you get started on your Disney World vacation planning journey. If you have any additional questions as your trip approaches, don't be a stranger. Ask away here at planDisney!

    Magic always,
