I'm a diabetic and I've read that there is sugar free ice creams if you ask and some deserts in the parks are sugar free as well. I've learned from experience that sugar free doesn't necessarily mean diabetic friendly. Can I get a list of ingredients?

Absolutely, you certainly ask for an ingredients list.  I just returned from WDW and followed a vegan diet there so I never hesitated to ask for a list.   If you are making any advanced dining reservations, you can ask that a note be included within your reservation that you are diabetic, too.  The cast members will then make sure that your specific needs are met.  In fact, oftentimes the chef actually came out to talk with me and sometimes even cooked something off the menu just for me.  I felt so special!

I find that WDW is truly one of the most accommodating places for dietary restrictions.  Have a magical trip!   Kara
