    Hi, I'm a desperate mom in need. I took my daughter to Disney for her birthday in February for the first time, and when we returned I was able to view my photos, but now I'm ready to purchase there gone ...omg I'm crying cause I can't believe this. help!!

    Oh no!  I am so sorry to hear this.  

    I have read accounts of people being able to get their photos back on after they originally expired, but I can't make any promises.

    You need to call Disney PhotoPass at 407-560-4300 to see what they can do.  That number can be reached Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST.  

    I hope they can help you get your memories back.  Wishing you lots of luck and pixie dust on this!!
