I'm debating whether to do MNSSHP. I have kids (10 & nearly 3). Apart from parade and trick or treating around the park what else is on offer? As we already have wdw 14 day pass. would the whole family benefit? Is there special character greetings?

    Hi there, Zainab!

Full disclosure: Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my absolute favorite hard-ticket event at Walt Disney World.

Sure, you'll have the trick-or-treating. But the parade? It's completely incredible. You will be talking about the gravediggers for months afterward!

And the special Happy Hallo-Wishes fireworks are second to none.

The Villains Mix-and-Mingle show gives the chance to see - and maybe even meet! - some of the darker characters who are rarely seen during the year.

And the lines to the rides are typically shorter than during the regular day.

The atmosphere is so much fun. Characters are costumed, Guests are costumed, and Cast Members are in their Halloween best. Exclusive merchandise is available only at the parties.

For the Halloween fan, this event absolutely is a must-do, at least once. It won't be the last!

Have a wonderful time - and do let me know if you go, and what you think!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
