    I'm currently unable to be directed to the DAS pass live chat page. Having tried numerous link and browsers, we are constantly pushed towards disneyworld.co.uk. Is there a link that can be issued?

    Welcome to planDisney, home to some Disney-loving people who enjoy helping others navigate the magic! 

    I'm sorry that you are having trouble navigating the website. I unfortunately have disappointing news for you. DAS Advance is only available for guests who are currently in the United States between 2 and 30 days before you arrive at the Parks. Due to various reasons, the live chat which involves discussion of a disability is not available for International guests.  If you intend to arrive in that window of 2 to 30 days before your first Park day then visit the US DAS Advance page. This link will not work till you land on US soil, however. If you are not going to be able to make that window then you will have to register in person when you arrive. On your first park day head to Guest Relations and speak with the Cast Members about your situation. They will register you for DAS once approved and it will then be active for 60 days. You will not have to go back again for your entire holiday most likely! Make sure that when you head to Guest Relations you bring the person that is eligible for DAS. DAS is set up with your My Disney Experience Mobile App which you will use throughout your day to reserve attractions and experiences. Only one attraction is allowed to be reserved at a time but it allows you flexibility to come back whenever the time has passed. For example, if you wish to ride Peter Pan's Flight which is showing a wait time of 50 minutes you can request a DAS return time on your app and will be allowed to board through the Lightning Lane entrance approximately 50 minutes later. But let's say that you don't feel well and need more time to rest. Then you can return at any point until the Park closes. Until you use that DAS return time, it stays ready for you but you won't be able to book another one. 

    DAS can be combined with Disney Genie+ for an even more successful Park Day. With DAS, the guest who needs this service must ride with their party. With Disney Genie+, any guest in your party can ride any eligible attraction with or without the guest who needs DAS, if they purchased Disney Genie+.  Disney Genie+ gets you to the Lightning Lane entrance which results in a shorter wait time. Reservations are also booked on your My Disney Experience Mobile App but at certain time increments. You can book your first Lightning Lane reservation with Disney Genie+ at 7 AM. The second one is booked two hours after the Park opening or when your last reservation is utilized. It then follows the rule of the last one booked being used or two hours for the rest of the day for booking reservations. It sounds complicated but once Walt Disney World Resort upgraded the app to show your next booking time it has become a lot more straightforward. Just set an alarm on your phone for when you can book another one and check the app after you enter an attraction using a reservation. You will find yourself just moving from one Lightning Lane to another if you are diligent. I love using this in the Parks as it feeds my need to always maximize every moment.
