I’m curious about when magical extras like dinning in the sky, taste of the Magic Kingdom , early morning breakfast/ park hours, other dessert parties are returning to Walt Disney World? Are any other extra events coming?

Hi, John! Welcome to planDisney! A fellow Louisianian AND foodie?! I'm so excited that you've stopped by!

In Louisiana, there is no better way to celebrate an occasion than with delicious food, tasty cocktails and great company. Like you, the food at Walt Disney World Resort is one of the main attractions for me, and I always look forward to at least one special food-centric event each trip. Adding Enchanting Extras to every Walt Disney World vacation is my favorite way to keep my Disney vacations fresh, exciting and jam-packed with magic (and snacks!).

I am thrilled to tell you about the return of so many tours, dessert parties, dining experiences and more to Walt Disney World Resort! In fact, I squealed with delight when Disney Parks Blog announced the return of the Enchanting Extras Collection in 2022. There are countless events and activities in the Enchanting Extras Collection on the top of my to-do list, and I am going to share the top three that I think will make it on your new favorites list!

Let's start at the top of my must-do list with an event that can't be missed - Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors & Fireworks at Disney's Contemporary Resort. During this incredible cocktail party, Guests dine on dishes from California Grill before viewing Disney Enchantment, the new fireworks spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park, from the observation deck. After the show, the party continues with desserts, cordials and coffee. Fabulous!

Speaking of fabulous fireworks viewing, I must recommend either the Rose & Crown or the Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package. Dine on a delicious meal, desserts and even unlimited adult beverages at one of these Lagoon-side restaurants before relaxing with premium viewing of Harmonious, EPCOT's new fireworks show. Spectacular!

Lastly, I am happy to let you know that some of my favorite extras - dessert parties - have returned to Walt Disney World Resort! Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Treat & Seats, at Tomorrowland Terrace in Magic Kingdom Park, provide delectable desserts, adult beverages and premium seating for Disney Enchantment fireworks spectacular without having to leave the terrace. There are also the Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment Pre-Party and the Disney Enchantment After-Party, where you enjoy the same treats with Plaza Garden viewing. Sweet!

John, I hope that my suggestions have you even more excited about your upcoming trip this spring! I'm wishing you the most enchanting vacation full of extra magic. Please stop by any time!

I hope to see ya real soon!
