    I'm curious is Disney charges the $10 per person cancellation fee if we show up 10-15 minutes late for our ADRs? We are travelling with 2 babies a last minute diaper change can easily make us a little late (no matter how much we try planning in advance).

    Great question!  I know how quickly a schedule can be thrown off for just about anything and so does Disney.  As long as you show up (not terribly late of course), you will not be subject to the $10 per person cancellation fee.  That is only if you completely cancel the day of or just don't show up at all.  I'm not sure how late is "too late", but I have seen guests show up 15 minutes past their reservations times without a problem before.
