Welcome aboard planDisney! Can you believe you're just days away from stepping aboard the Disney Dream? It won't be long before you're grabbing a bucket of popcorn, your favorite beverage, and settling into your seat for a movie at sea. That's one of my favorite ways to spend a relaxing afternoon onboard!
While I can't guarantee that Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be showing during your sailing because it isn't currently listed in the onboard lineup, I actually like your chances. Disney Cruise Line has a great track record of
premiering new films onboard their ships, and if they continue that tradition, I wouldn't be surprised if Spider-Man swings onto the schedule during your voyage.
Once you board, keep a close eye on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the latest movie schedule. If everything lines up, you just might find a premiere showing on July 31st, or possibly even a late-night debut on July 30th. Sometimes the best surprises happen after you've already set sail!
If Spider-Man does make his debut
aboard the Dream, I'd recommend arriving a little early for the first showing, which would most likely take place in the
Walt Disney Theatre. My crew and I have been lucky enough to sail during several movie premieres, and those first screenings always draw quite a crowd. Trust me, there are plenty of Guests who are just as excited to avoid spoilers as they are to see the movie!
Just in case Spider-Man hasn't arrived quite yet, here are the movies currently expected to be playing during your sailing:
