Ahoy, Heather! Thanks for sailing back to planDisney!
How wonderful that you'll soon be embarking on a voyage with extended family. For my family, a Disney Cruise is the ultimate vacation, and I wish you all the best time! If you would like to board the ship together, that won't be a problem. Each of you must arrive at the
Port Arrival Time indicated for each separate reservation. Once each group has checked in at the cruise terminal, you will be able to relax and wait together in the terminal. In order to board all at once, you must wait to do so till the latest boarding group that has been assigned to a party in your group has been called. As an example, if the four reservations have boarding group numbers 6, 7, 9, and 11, you would all be able to board when boarding group 11 has been called.
I recommend that you bring some water, light snacks, and maybe even a card game or small portable activity to do together as you wait to board the ship. In my experience, the boarding process has always gone pretty quickly, especially with the excitement and anticipation of the vacation getting underway.
Have a fantastic time making treasured family memories! Please sail our way again any time we can be of assistance. My pals and I are here and happy to help.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
