Hello, Andrea! Welcome back to planDisney. I'm happy to see you before you sail away!
I'm sorry to hear that some plans might be changing for your sailing crew. If the guest that originally made the reservation is not available to sail, they will be considered a "no show". While that is a big bummer, the good news is that you will still be able to check in at the port without them and take part in your Disney Cruise. You'll need your Port Arrival Form and your important
travel documentation with you as you arrive at the port.
If your travel companion cannot join you on the voyage, they will not receive a refund as the sail date is so soon. They may consider inviting someone to go in their place. If there is someone else who is available to sail, please
call Disney Cruise Line to take care of the change and take note, there will be a small fee for the name change. I'm wishing you luck as you finalize your plans!
Andrea, it's about time to
zip up your suitcase and set off for an adventure. I'm hopeful that you have a lovely time. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays aboard Disney Cruise Line and please visit us again if you have more questions. We are here to help!
Happy Holidays,
Adrianna
