    I'm going on a cruise in July and there's an excursion that takes us to Epcot. I want to know how to get to Disney Springs from Epcot without going into Epcot.

    A Disney Cruise?!! Ahhhhhhhh, that's amazing.  The magic of a Disney Cruise is like nothing else.  I am certain that you will have a voyage you will cherish always.  

    Once you arrive at Epcot Theme Park, there is no need to enter the park in order to get over to Disney Springs.  Rather, head on over to the Disney Bus Transportation to the right BEFORE the park entrance point.  Buses typically come every 20 minutes or so.  Look for the buses marked for Disney Springs.  Make sure you allow enough time to get back to Epcot Theme Park for your journey back to your beautiful ship.
