Hello Alexia and welcome to planDisney. Thank you for visiting us with your question as you prepare for a cruise aboard the Disney Cruise Line!
Your cruise is quickly approaching and I can understand why you want to make sure you are all set with your proof of vaccination so that you experience smooth sailing ahead. In the
"Know Before You Go" section of the Disney Cruise Line website, the guidelines state that vaccination documentation must include your full name that matches the name of your Disney Cruise Line reservation. If your vaccination documentation doesn't match the name on your reservation, I highly recommend that you
contact Inspire Diagnostics (the third-party vendor that oversees vaccine verification) directly with your question. You can e-mail them at DCLsupport@inspirediagnostics.com and be sure to include your full name, reservation number, and contact number in the body of the message before you ask your question.
I hope that the dedicated team at Inspire Diagnostics will be able to give you the green light. Then all you need to worry about will be
what to pack for your upcoming getaway! Before leaving home, make sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app as well. The app will be your go-to source for the happenings all around the ship. You can even use it to communicate with your sailing crew. Impromptu meet up for an ice cream cone anyone?
Alexia, I hope you have a magical time on your upcoming voyage. If we can be of any further assistance as your cruise approaches, please sail back to us again. We'd love to help!
Bon Voyage!
