    I'm considering buying a couple hats at ahead of our trip on April 2. Can I return or exchange such items bought online at the Park?

    I love that you plan to ensure that your family is coordinated for your next Walt Disney World Resort adventure!

    Per the returns and exchange policy noted on, “Returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased from can be made to any Disney Store location in the continental United States in accordance with the In-Store Return Policy”. As a result, you will not be able to return your purchases to Disney Parks and Resorts, but you can return them to any Disney Store location.

    Personally, I love shopping online prior to our arrivals, and anything I have ordered has arrived just the way it should. Best of luck to you.
