When you sail aboard Disney Cruise Line as a Concierge guest, you have lots to look forward to, especially on the beautiful Disney Adventure. I'd be happy to share the current details about the complimentary internet access you can enjoy as a Concierge guest onboard. Please note that internet offerings are subject to change at any time.
The Internet Package you receive will depend on the Concierge room category that you book. For the Disney Adventure, if you are booked in a Royal Suite (Category 1A), all registered guests in the stateroom receive the Internet + Streaming package (one device per Guest) for the length of the voyage. The Internet + Streaming package includes access to the internet, texting, social media, Zoom, Wi-Fi calling, and access to long-form video such as YouTube, music streaming, and other streaming websites and applications.
Concierge Guests in Category 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, or 3C rooms receive the Internet Package (one device per Guest) for the length of the voyage. The Internet Package provides access to the internet, texting, social media, Zoom, and Wi-Fi calling.
If you book a Category 4A, 4B, 4C, or 4D, all registered Guests in the stateroom receive the complimentary Internet Package (one device per Guest) for 24 hours total. This access begins once you register for the package and will expire exactly 24 hours later, regardless of how much time it has been used. If you log out, it does not pause or save any remaining time. The timer continues to run whether the package is being used or not.
