I’m connected to my sister in my Disney experience, but I’m trying to add her kids and husband. When I select “add guest”, no one shows up for me to select. How can I connect her family, so we can easily book genie plus passes together?

Hello Stephanie, and welcome back to planDisney!

Oh boy!  I spy with my little eye that you and your dear sister's family are all set to arrive within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days time!  I feel sure that Mickey and Minnie are just as excited to be welcoming you all, as you are to be seeing them at the most magical place on earth come July 16th.

Stephanie, you sure are super smart to be linking everyone's My Disney Experience accounts together via the handy Family & Friends element.  This way you'll be able to plan together, and of course, fully utilise the magic of the Disney Genie Service during your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.

To connect your extended family members to your My Disney Experience account, simply follow these easy instructions -

     - Open your My Disney Experience account on a desktop computer
     - In the drop-down menu - open Friends & Family List
     - Scroll to the foot of the list and select Add a Guest
     - Follow the on-screen prompts which will generate an invitation email to be sent to your sister and brother-in-law
     - Upon receipt of your email invitation, your sister and brother-in-law can opt to accept, and then as if by magic, you'll be able to share Disney plans with each other during your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.

Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should be able to connect with everyone via Family and Friends within your My Disney Experience account.  If however, this is not the case, then I would suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member who can offer some further tech-savvy assistance.

Cast Members can be contacted by dialling the phone number for My Disney Experience and MagicBands contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Or, upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, it's always possible to stop by any Guest Relations location to ask for some technical assistance.

And now, all that remains is for me to wish your whole family an extra zip-a-dee-doo-dah Disney vacation making memories together in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
